Review by Library Journal Review

Starred Review. Campbell is the fitness director for Men's Health magazine and a National Collegiate Scouting Association (NCSA)-certified strength and conditioning coach. This book lives up to the title as it is jam-packed with exercises, workout plans, and tips. Most of these exercises do require weights. A great reference work to get started with resistance training. (c) Copyright 2015. Library Journals LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc. No redistribution permitted.
