In 2013, a new K-pop group calling themselves BTS officially arrived on the scene, and before long, the band of seven was taking the music industry by storm. They’re not only one of the most popular K-pop acts on the planet, they’re also arguably one of the biggest bands in the world. Period. In June 2022, BTS announced a group break to focus more on their respective solo projects.
