PEOPLE Yearbook 2022
Magazine
A year to remember! Beyoncé was back, and so were Black Panther, Top Gun, and rom-coms (thanks, Julia Roberts and George Clooney). Harry Styles commanded the stage and screen, Stranger Things put a 35-year-old song back on the charts, and Abbott Elementary took TV viewers back to school. People rallied around Ukraine and cheered Olympic champions in Beijing and Serena Williams’ fierce finale. The Supreme Court made history, and so did the Oscars, while that slap kept folks talking. Plus: tributes to those we lost, including Queen Elizabeth II, Sidney Poitier, Angela Lansbury, Jerry Lee Lewis, and more.
