Olivia Martin and Chuck Walsh go from passionately tearing each other's clothes off to emotion-laden arguments in the blink of the eye. After a huge blowup on the street, Olivia can't take it anymore and calls it quits. As she marches off, she screams that she wouldn't date Chuck again for a million dollars. Unbeknownst to both, someone videoed the exchange, and since Olivia is a famous Hollywood love child and Chuck is a rising movie star, it's gone viral. Now a reality TV show wants to capitalize on the attention by putting Olivia and Chuck in a house together for a month. If they can keep their hands to themselves, they win a million dollars--each. What the two don't know is that the show will take every opportunity to make them lose, whether it's giving them only one bed or handcuffing them together to build flat-pack furniture. It's anyone's guess whether they'll kill each other or fall in love. Olivia and Chuck have incredible chemistry from the first page, and the reality show's premise draws out the sexual tension. VERDICT James's (The Déjà Glitch) new rom-com gives second-chance romance a new twist that readers will love.--Heather Miller Cover
