Soara has been training her whole life to be a great warrior and fight in the conflict against the monsters. But when the time comes to join the fray, the king announces the fight with the monsters is over! Left without a family and home to return to, Soara wanders, trying to figure out where she can call home. One day, she happens upon a group of architect dwarves building perfect homes for goblins. The dwarves' mission during peacetime is to help build the best home for all their monster clients. Somewhat horrified, Soara reluctantly tags along under the guise of "reconnaissance" but soon finds satisfaction in making something special for her former sworn enemies. This story is HGTV meets Monster Hunter in a food-manga style, where the dwarves assemble the perfect building ingredients and suss out the best style house for each monster. There's even a food-manga level of detail in the illustrations of the building materials and the final products. The houses are unique, and it's satisfying seeing the results revealed and discovering all the different features the dwarves cook up.
