Review by Booklist Review

Yuken is the captain of his school's revived Kendo squad, and they are in full preparation for their first competition when he is magically transported to Twisted Wonderland and the orientation ceremony of Night Raven College, an elite school for magic users who are specially chosen by the Dark Mirror. But there's a major problem: Yu doesn't have an ounce of magical ability! This manga-style foray into the beloved Disney world includes nods to the Queen of Hearts and other movie villains and is full of interesting characters and high-school style high jinks. With Yana Toboso of Black Butler fame laying down the story, this series has promise as one that will have plenty of depth, rather than being another way to market Alice in Wonderland products. The art style blends Disney scenery and a few characters with manga-style characters in a manner similar to that of Kingdom Hearts. This would be a good purchase especially for middle-school or early-teen libraries looking to capitalize on Disney nostalgia while building up their manga collection.
