Review by School Library Journal Review

Toddler-PreS--Shock goes around the table, where two members of a family, with gray hair and brown skin, see a slightly younger woman, perhaps a mother, with black hair, note that there are "ZERO" eggs. "Let's go to the store," says a fatherly type, donning a jacket, and they spy "ONE" worker in the parking lot. Thus begins a simple numbers game from a shopping trip, ending in one hug and "infinite love." VERDICT A cherished shopping ritual has fun written into every step, and this family has love written into every interaction. A lovely book.
