Readers may recognize TV personality and nutritionist Miller from her Food Network show, Quick Fix Meals, and as the author of health-focused, time-saving cookbooks like The Newlywed Cookbook, Quick Fix Meals, and Robin Takes 5. This book's table of contents gives readers a quick and easy way to search for recipes by main ingredient (e.g., chicken, beef and pork, seafood, pasta). Then a quick introduction to meal prepping offers readers 25 strategies for efficiency and success: a numbered list of short descriptions that explain the how and why without leaving readers overwhelmed.
