Neil Young: Heart of Gold

Streaming video - 2006

Neil Young will play three nights at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, the original home of The Grand Ole Opry, performing songs from his new album, as well as six of his all-time greatest hits. All of the songs for this album were written while Neil was recuperating from a brain aneurysm that he suffered in April of this year. The film will be a compilation of these three shows - a true concert film. Performers will wear costumes evoking the rural extravagance of the Grand Ole Opry of the 50s and 60s. Emmy Lou Harris headlines the guest performances.
