The story picks up 10 months on, with all the babies born - and in some cases second ones on the way. In storylines packed with secrets, heartbreak, comedy and pathos, life is proving to be just as much of a rollercoaster for these compelling characters as they emerge from the world of pregnancy and into the reality of parenthood.
