Ki-joon and Hee-yeol become best friends at the police academy, despite differences in their personality. During their outing, they witness a kidnapping incident and report it to the police right away. However, because of the lack of evidence, the investigation doesn't progress while precious time is being wasted. Ki-joon and Hee-yeol decide to take the investigation into their own hands. The only problem is they have zero experience in a real investigation.
