Review by Library Journal Review

As founder and CEO of Project Happiness, Taran contends that in order to achieve real personal growth, one needs to explore the full range of emotions that factor into the human experience. Each chapter here covers a particular feeling (e.g., desire, fear, guilt) and offers the opportunity to relate that feeling to everyday life-its trigger, the emotional cues, and choices of expressing it. Taran devotes an entire section to well-being and encourages developing habits such as mindfulness and an attitude of gratitude. VERDICT Reminiscent of the animated film Inside Out, the information here will undoubtedly move readers toward a more abundant, satisfying life. © Copyright 2019.
