Review by Booklist Review

In this sequel to Duck, Duck, Dinosaur (2016), when Feather suggests to her two siblings that they all smell the flowers, she and fellow duckling Flap sniff and smile. Spike, their dinosaur brother, sniffs and . . . ACHOO! The same thing happens when they all make hats out of leaves and when they blow wildflower seeds to make wishes. But when they jump in puddles together, Feather and Flap smile, and so does Spike. No sneeze! While the story is brief, this I Can Read series title offers a clear structure, a bit of humor, and a happy ending for these amiable characters. The colorful digital illustrations make the most of Spike's dramatic sneezes, while providing inherent visual clues for beginning readers trying to decode the text. A cheerful tale of spring.--Carolyn Phelan Copyright 2019 Booklist
