Review by School Library Journal Review

Toddler-PreS-Little ones take a tour through a quirky orchestra's rehearsal in this charming title. On the verso, readers are asked, "Do you hear a .?" the featured instrument-from violin to kettle drum. The text often wraps around a photo of the instrument. On the recto, watercolor paintings of eccentric animals in personality-filled clothing playing their chosen instrument are presented, with the onomatopoeic sounds bursting on the page. The images are set against lots of white space and they are sure to garner chuckles from tots. The final spread has the full orchestra on display, complete with their dapper suits and festive garb. © Copyright 2019. Library Journals LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
