Review by Horn Book Review

In this adaptation of his book for adults, Tyson explains the fundamentals of astrophysics: origins of the universe, universal laws of physics, light and the electromagnetic spectrum, dark matter and energy, and gravity. His signature goofy personality comes through clearly in the text, which includes jokes, tangents, and stories about peers and historical scientists. Occasional photographs of stars, planets, and galaxies enhance the presentation. Glos., ind. (c) Copyright 2021. The Horn Book, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
