Review by Booklist Review

In this colorful board book, children dream about their future occupations. Each spread highlights a different choice: firefighter, astronaut, marine biologist, race-car driver, and artist. Rhymed couplets introduce the dream jobs, while appealing digital illustrations imagine the costumed children at work. The last page folds out into a panoramic scene including all the cheerful characters. The verse works pretty well to move things along, while interactive elements include a furry patch of cloth on the dog's body, and two round holes on each page, letting kids waggle their fingers to represent the characters' arms or legs. A playful choice for toddlers.--Phelan, Carolyn Copyright 2018 Booklist
