In this third installment, Fletcher, his dwarf and elf friends, and their demon familiars cross the toxic ether realm, navigate human politics, grow into their roles as leaders, and desperately prepare for the end of the orc war. Exciting battle sequences do little to mitigate the tedium of leaden dialogue, two-dimensional characters, and a derivative fantasy setting. (c) Copyright 2018.
