Review by Horn Book Review

Mr. Moon wakes up to oversee all the events of the night in both countryside and city. Illustrations in deep colors depict an incongruous mix of oddly cartoonish scenes (crooning crickets and bebop-playing alley cats) and peaceful ones, such as when Mr. Moon reassures a sleepless child, "just put your head on the pillow and dream of the day ahead...Dream big.
