Pink, known for her colorful fabric lines and creative quilt designs, and Walters, known for her intricate longarm quilting, join forces in this rainbow-themed exploration of modern quilting. Each chapter focuses on a different color or color family and features a quilt design by Pink combined with quilting tips and suggestions from Walters. The patterns are diverse, with bold geometrics alongside an ikat-style moth, as well as a skull quilt pattern that delightfully combines the spooky and whimsical. Each of the samples features the dense, elaborate quilting that is -Walters's specialty, and her designs can be incorporated into blocks of similar shape.
