Originally self-published in 2002, the DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) is based on studies conducted by the National Institutes of Health. Dietician Heller here presents a diet plan that will help readers who suffer from hypertension, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes.
