Review by Library Journal Review

The coverage of a wealth of home fixes with a dose of humor makes this DIY guide a delight. Although the organization is a bit dicey, this is a fun book to browse because there are tips and insights on every page. New gadgets, considerations for appliance purchases, and fun little projects populate this book. The section on power tool safety is important, and "dos and don'ts" suggestions are peppered throughout. Even common goofs are shared with chuckles. A charming and friendly collection of tips and projects. Highly recommended. (c) Copyright 2011. Library Journals LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc. No redistribution permitted.
