PreS-Gr 1-A hen speculates whether she could ever find a home that feels as good as her own. In the short rhyming text, she contemplates taking up residence in a library, a clock tower, a boat, a nest, a tree, a flying cage, a castle, an igloo, a clothing store, and a soft bed. Ultimately she comes full circle and realizes that there is no place like home. Children will enjoy the artistically rendered, oversize cartoon characters and have fun coming up with new abodes for the hen.
