Authors of numerous DIY and self-sufficiency books, the Bridgewaters tackle a wide array of alternative energy. Each system is well explained, but the authors do not walk homeowners through equipment installation. Also, many of these alternative energy scenarios will not work realistically within city limits or in an established community with codes. Buy where needed. (c) Copyright 2010.
