Review by School Library Journal Review

PreS-K-- An attractive concept book that presents the Ten Commandments in positive, age-appropriate language. A double-paged, tablet-shaped drawing surrounded by a colorful border is devoted to each ``rule.'' The commandments are numbered, and bright chalk and crayon illustations depict a child's hand(s) finger-counting them, while a miniature Moses pantomimes the words. A cast of ten small figures in biblical garb receive the commandments at the end of the book. A good story hour choice that will lend itself to finger plays, puppetry, or participatory chants. --Marcia Posner, Federation of New York and the Jewish Book Council, New York City (c) Copyright 2010.
