Review by Horn Book Review

This fifth "Super Edition" focuses on Yellowfang, Shadowclan's medicine cat, who's at the center of an ominous prophesy that predicts a dark force will infiltrate the clans. Series fans will appreciate the character's backstory, but new readers may not have the patience for the slow-paced plot and multitude of characters. An appended manga adventure furthering Yellowfang's story is an entertaining addition. (c) Copyright 2013. The Horn Book, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
