Clifford takes a trip

Norman Bridwell

eAudio - 2006

This is how it all began - in 1963, Norman Bridwell published his very first Clifford book, and kids have loved Clifford ever since. He's an adorable dog whose well-meaning bumblings have great kid appeal. Clifford is Emily Elizabeth's, and everyone's, favorite big red dog!

Review by Horn Book Review

This children's classic fits nicely into the board-book format. Bridwell's artwork retains its unaffected charm, and Clifford's size isn't lost on the smaller pages. Preschoolers will no doubt be drawn to Clifford's antics, despite the fact that the story and illustrations are thirty-five years old. From HORN BOOK 1997, (c) Copyright 2010.
