Chaptered into segments, experimemts include: Emulsions, Fermentation, Scientific Method, Hand Washing and Food Safety, Biochemistry of Milk & Sensory Evaluation. Also includes an interview with a food science professor highlighting food science career opportunities, a sensory evaluation lab and a food science lab.
