Review by Horn Book Review

It isn't fair." Elizabeth's brother, Edward, gets all the attention because he's ill. Elizabeth has to go to school and do chores, homework, and piano practicing. Then Edward recovers, and Elizabeth gets sick, but the hoped-for pleasures of illness fade with reality. She wants to be well--as, of course, she soon is. A common experience, told in a simple text, is delightfully pictured. (c) Copyright 2018. The Horn Book, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc. No redistribution permitted.
