Review by Library Journal Review

For all who want to develop their creativity but just can never seem to find the time, this guide is here to help. Gregory (The Creative License) clearly believes that there is no time like the present and that being busy is no reason for art and creativity to be missing from one's life. Written in an engaging, encouraging voice, the book supplies project ideas that take no more than a quarter hour a day to execute. The author suggests that the reader grab five, ten, or 15 minutes in the morning to draw and that they do this every day until it becomes an ingrained habit. Full of humor and empathy, the book offers advice about just how to carve out that precious time and how to banish self-doubt that can undermine one's best intentions. The project ideas are meant to be jumping-off points. Gregory strives to shake readers up a bit, albeit in a fun and gentle way. -VERDICT This guide will have wide appeal as it can help anyone take back a little time for art and for themselves. © Copyright 2015.
