Gr 3-5-These attractive titles will please both report writers and browsers. Clear, easy-to-read texts provide overviews of the countries' land, people, daily life, education, food (including a recipe), and celebrations. Korea points out important differences and similarities between the North and South. Similarly, Nigeria discusses commonalities and variations among ethnic groups, such as the Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo peoples. Each page is illustrated with a color photograph and a border in country-flag colors. Good introductory sources to complete well-rounded country series collections.-Ajoke T. I.
