Review by Horn Book Review

Each of these spin-off books features Marcus Pfister's popular Rainbow Fish, his "school"-mates, and their teacher as they tackle some kind of social conflict--copycatting, exaggerating, or wandering off during a field trip. Fans won't mind the didactic messages and pat resolutions, but they'll probably miss the sparkly foil accents, which only appear on the jackets. [Review covers these Rainbow Fish and Friends titles: [cf2]The Copycat Fish, A Fishy Story, Lost at Sea[cf1].] (c) Copyright 2010. The Horn Book, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Media Source, Inc.
