Leigh-Allyn Baker (born March 13, 1972) is an American actress. She had recurring roles on ''Charmed'' and as Ellen on ''Will & Grace'', and a starring role as mother Amy Duncan on the Disney Channel sitcom ''Good Luck Charlie''.
