Kate Boutilier

Kate Boutilier is an American screenwriter whose credits include the animated television series ''Rugrats'', ''The Wild Thornberrys'', ''All Grown Up!'' and ''Holly Hobbie & Friends,'' and the feature films ''The Wild Thornberrys Movie'', ''Rugrats Go Wild'', and ''Rugrats in Paris''.
