Kali Rocha

Kali Rocha (born December 5, 1971) is an American actress. She is known for portraying Karen Rooney, the mother of the four Rooney children and the school's vice principal, on the Disney Channel sitcom ''Liv and Maddie''. She also co-wrote four episodes of the show. Provided by Wikipedia
