Joey Skaggs

Joey Skaggs (born 1945) is an American multi-media artist, activist, satirist, educator and prankster. In a career spanning six decades, he has produced paintings, sculptures, guerrilla theater, performance art, socially revealing hoaxes, media pranks, and films.
