Jill Wine-Banks

Wine-Banks in 1977 Jill Wine-Banks (born May 5, 1943, as Jill Susan Wine), formerly Jill Wine-Volner, is an American lawyer who was one of the prosecutors during the Watergate scandal. She was the first woman to serve as US General Counsel of the Army (1977–80) under President Jimmy Carter.
